Great experience so far. I started with purple red hair and have premature greys at the front of my head. I drastically asked STUDIO YNR to remove the colour and let the greys come through with a lighter colour. Instead of damaging my hair they did a gradual strip and I can safely say my hair looks fabulous with a completely new look.
